Bed and Breakfast Stay Options

Most people think of a Bed and Breakfast as being a place to go for a romantic weekend away. And very often, they are used for couples to get away and rekindle their romance. That is a great thing to do at a B & B, however, there are a lot more reasons why you should go to a Bed and Breakfast and they don’t have anything to do with romance. Bed and Breakfasts can be thought of as mini-retreats and rentals, just like a large hotel can offer you a room to rent for a large group. Except doing it at a Bed and Breakfast is much more fun and cozy.

Rent One Room

When you have an event in a city, instead of booking the first hotel chain that comes to mind, look a little deeper. What Bed and Breakfast is nearby? Can you walk from it to your destination? If not, they may even offer shuttle service if you don’t want to drive. A Bed and Breakfast doesn’t have to be for couples, but a single person can stay in a room too.

If you are a couple, you can certainly book a room. Book it for a holiday, use it as an excuse to leave the kids with someone else for the weekend or just take the kids with you. A Bed and Breakfast can be a quick escape from reality for a few days or it can be a planned out excursion on a long trip. Renting one room doesn’t mean you have to have long, thought out plans. Bed and Breakfasts take spontaneous travelers too!Bed and Breakfast Hotel Options

Rent the Entire Place

Have you considered renting out the whole house? Some Bed and Breakfasts will give a special rate when you book every room in their establishment. Now that sounds crazy, but not really. Do you have a family reunion coming up in a far away city? Get everyone to stay in the same place. You can all have breakfast together as a family too, enriching the reunion more.

Another reason to book the entire place – a craft! Get all of your scrapbooking or knitting or whatever friends together and you can do your craft all weekend long. Take over the living room, the dining room after breakfast is served or the hallways even. No one else is coming in to rent a room so you don’t have to be so considerate of space. Spread your crafting tools out and open up a bottle of wine with your friends and get down to the business of…catching up or crafting.

Bed and Breakfasts are meant to be a cozy place to stay while away and still feel like home. There isn’t a reason why a group can’t feel like they are at home! Call a Bed and Breakfast that looks appealing to you and get the process started for a fun weekend or even an entire week in your future.
